Carbon tiller with 'roller'

Today I looked at a Laser I am likely to purchase (hopefully).
It has a carbon tiller, which is flat like the Rooster, but has a roller built in. Its like a 'single roller' bearing to let the traveller pass. Made in the UK.

Familiar to anyone?

My tiller has a roller but it's made by Zensports in New Zealand. Years ago, Rooster had a roller version of their tiller but it wasn't very well thought out and they returned to the chafe plate design. Don't know of any others, in the UK or elsewhere, who have made them.

No idea of the manufacturer/brand?
