If the following accomplishement doesn't represent dedication, perseverance, competitiveness and loyalty (just a few adjectives that apply) I don't know what would.
Dating back to May 2, 2004, Adam S. participated in
519
consecutive frostbite races at CPYC!
(and finished all but 8 of them)
Now that is impressive in itself, but Adam is on the light side for a full rig, yet competed in races with wind in the mid to upper 20's (and higher gusts), in temps in the 30's and 40's, chipping ice off his boat, sailing in snow, sleet, freezing rain. He always had a smile on his face, regardless of his finishing position.
