Very fair price,check out the mast step ,if good and you are seriuous about buying scoop it up.

Agreed, because the trailer looks (!) nice. If your state requires paperwork (like a title), make sure you get it.

And yes, you want to watch the water level in the mast tube for at least 15 minutes; ideally overnight, but that won't be possible, I am afraid.
